	Design & Implementation

We will design your management system for your needs because it’s your system & you will use it every day. If in doubt about whether all the requirements of the Standard are satisfied we ask whether it makes good business sense to you. If it does, we’ll add it because you want it.

We can do as little or as much as you require. Your needs, business objectives & what you want your management system to achieve will be discussed during proposal development. Our proposal will state the project goals & measurable objectives, scope, deliverables, completion date, a strategy to align the management system with your organisation’s broader objectives & a fixed cost.

Our Approach

Typically the following steps will be taken to design & implement your management system:


Business Review	We will discuss in greater depth your needs, business objectives & what you want your management system to achieve. We will review the processes and records you are already using so that we can build upon & incorporate them into your management system.
Project Plan	We will create a project plan & schedule, including milestones, which fits in with staff availability & helps you to track our progress.
Project Execution	This is where we gather more detailed information about your people & business in order to develop & implement documentation that will build upon your existing processes making the management system fully integrated & seamless. Progress will be measured against the project plan and deliverables & communicated during regular meetings with you.
Business Improvements	We'll make improvement suggestions throughout the development process, based on our extensive experience across a range of industries.
Training	Staff training will be provided to familiarise them with the system, its benefits, requirements & how to use it.
Review & Close	At the completion of the project we will meet with you to review the outcomes & ensure that you have everything you need to manage the system. Alternatively you may want us to maintain the system for you.
